We are an innovative mobility and multicultural company always looking ahead. We offer our clients a broad portfolio of products and services, allowing them to choose how they want to move according to their needs.
Our extensive experience and ability to constantly observe the evolution of mobility enable us to adapt to the ever-changing technologies, trends, and users’ needs. All thanks to a diverse and talented team of more than 25 nationalities, with different backgrounds such as engineers, marketing experts, or IT specialists always ready to find the best solutions.
Together, we build up a global company with presence in 15 countries in Europe, Latam, and Southeast Asia, and make it possible to achieve a turnover of € 4Billion (2021).
Astara Western Europe distribution: 7 car brands in 6 countries
Astara Western Europe is a joint venture between the Spanish Astara and the Belgian Alcopa group, both 100% family owned companies. Astara BE-NL-LUX-PL-DE-CH is the official importer for the brands Hyundai, Suzuki, SsangYong, MG, Maxus, Aiways and Isuzu. With these brands we are active in 6 European countries.
We have often taken a pioneering role at Astara. We were the first European importer of the Hyundai brand in Belgium, and this is now also the case for the Maxus brand. With MG and Aiways, we have 2 more brands that are setting new standards in electric mobility.

We have developed a dynamic ecosystem, based on 4 main business areas, that grows and powers itself through the car distribution, subscription mobility, vehicle connectivity and data intelligence solutions.
Since 1979, the company has significantly grown up until today, representing a strategic partner helping build long-lasting relationships with their customers thanks to a deep understanding of the industry and a reliable business model.
We collaborate with partners and car manufacturers to understand and shape customer needs, bring the best and most suitable options, and become more efficient.
We are able to respond to the challenges demanded by society, such as achieving more sustainable, digitized and energy efficient mobility.
